scratch the 41x 14 (never herd of/seen a 41 tooth ring). choice could be determined by your current chain length. I would go with the 47x 16, because if you run a second 20t cog, it will give you a one of my favorite gears (63"). On the other hand if you did the 44, you could run a 19t second cog (not sure how hard it is to find anymore.)still get a 62.5". also these combos usually take the same chain length when flipping the wheel.
