For the OP's purposes, there no compelling need to try and find one.
If you do skid-stops, the 53-18 combination gives the most skid patches. Otherwise, since chainrings tend to cost more than cogs, I'd look for a good deal on chainrings of those sizes and when you find one get the corresponding cog.
