I would expect a Concorde with that much Chrome and decals of that vintage to have the concorde logo engraved on the top of the fork, so would indicate to me that at least the fork isn't an original Concorde fork. If you were to pull the fork, I wonder what it would say? What type of tubing does that sticker on the seat tube say it is? I wouldn't have thought Concorde was a prestige enough of a brand to get fakes, but I don't know anything.
