How aggressively do you ride? Both the GP4K and the Schwalbe One are "performance at all costs" tires. They're light and supple but they're some of the least durable tires you can get. If you don't need the performance, consider something like the Conti Grand Prix 4 Season. Significantly better durability without much loss of performance and only a slight increase in weight.
I'm not sure what you mean by aggressive.
If I ride in a group we average 18-19 mph and on hills I'm usually a stand and mash guy instead of a sit an spin guy.
On a casual ride by myself or with friends average speed is 15-16mph but I still mash on the hills.
