I haven't had much luck with the cheap chinese stuff. There's usually some oddity. Such as inordinately heavy and bulky jerseys. Or the cut isn't right: jersey is too long while arm sleeves are too tight, etc.
I've had much better luck with the established brands such as performance and nashbar.
