All three are nice bikes but 1 and 3 are the best choices. The 1983 Trek 600 is cheaper but you'd have to swap out some parts and that can get expensive fast. The 1982 Trek 613 is in outstanding condition.
The 600 series Treks make very fine all around bikes. I have a 1984 Trek 610 and it is one of my favorite bikes.
