Hi guys, thanks for the discourse. All the wheels I'm looking at are relatively shallow depth 21-23mm internal diameter road/gravel wheels. Examples would be Praxis Carbon (1570g), Roval Control Carbon (1580g), Clement USH Alloy (1500g), Roval Control Ally (1550g). There's a $600-1000 cost premium for carbon. Are you paying that much more just for the warm an fuzzy of 'carbon'? These are all for disc brake.
