My daughter's Raleigh Alysa has a Selle Shadow+ saddle (I assume it's women specific) and she likes it a lot. To the original poster, I'd probably start at a local bike shop and sit on various saddles on women specific bikes and see what feels comfortable to you. The folks working there can probably offer advice specific to your body size and type also.
