Decal set was used for ~4 years between 79-82(ish0 depending on region. This looks like a junior sized bike, I'm pretty sure junior bikes were the only ones that still had cottered cranks by the time this decal set was being used. In which case it would be a J10 or maybe a J8, but I may be wrong.
