Boiled eggs are wonderful things for riding a bicycle. I eat kale, broccoli, carrots, and spinach, a sandwich with meat and cheese, and 2 boiled eggs most days for lunch. For breakfast I eat either cereal or eggs, a cup of coffee, and sometimes some juice. I ride 12 miles round trip nearly everyday...usually not Sunday though, but some Sundays I end up riding. Work on weekends and school on weekdays.
