It'a rather poor and very heavy bike.
If you can't learn from youtube videos, I wonder how you think READING about it will help.
Anyhow. on a hardtail bike you can push down, compressing the tire and the tire will then naturally try to bounce up, creating a force that can help lift the wheel off the ground.
But you got a heavy bike and a poor rear suspension.
When you push down, the energy won't compress the bouncy tire, it'll disappear into the rear suspension.
Remember that the thing with the spiral on it is designed to act as a shock absorber.
Its purpose is to keep the rear wheel on the ground and it's doing its job.
Things you can try:
- start with a wheelie/manual, when the front wheel is high, push the bars forward and pull your feet up.
- pump the rear tire real hard.
- set the spring on the rear shock as hard as possible.
- mount some clips/straps to the pedals.(might need another pair of pedals for that). Or get SPD pedals and shoes. With your feet attached, you might be able to yank the bike off the ground by pulling up with your feet.
