It has 3 inner pockets (2 side, main compartment, 1 on mouth), light tab, and pump strap underneath. 7" long. Has inserts on the top & bottom to keep its shape (I bent the top one when over tightening it but it straightens back out when full lol). Its a pretty good bag though.
