It works on drop bars and flat bars, and at any angle you need.

I just got the Topeak Mini Morph (10" one) and it fits great/securely through the pump band underneath...if you don't find a properly sized bag for your pump. I would check the measurements on the new version though as it seems some places only sell the medium, or large, etc (but don't all mention which exactly). Mine is much older, so slightly different in looks, but with the same features.

What length bag are you looking for - 7-8"?
