Yeah, it attaches underneath. There are others like this too. The Castelli Undersaddle XL is another I have been looking at - while its only 16cm x 6cm x 6cm, it also has a pump band on the bottom (i've been looking for a more squared bag, preferably as long as my current one, but I might just get the Castelli and a Detour Day Pass handlebar bag for extra stuff...haven't decided).
