Rear Derailleur Shimano Deore XT GS (200GS)

What is the (approximate) currently manufactured equivalents for these?
I assume that's a triple front and 8 speed rear? Everything now is pretty much 10 and 11 spd rear by Shimano. You can still get new triple fronts like Deore (no letters following it) or SLX though. Your best bets are eBay, Amazon and larger online blowout stores for the exact same items (or closest perf level but same-speed equivalents).
