I think at the end of the day, it's pretty simple: I eat to ride, and I ride to eat. I love food. And will eat all of it, whether I'm on a bike or not. So I ride. Six or seven days a week. 200-300 miles a week. According to Veloviewer, I've burned just over a million calories in just over 600 logged rides. Without cycling, I'd probably be semi-mobile at best.
