Why not just use a typical carry bag? It obscures the bike from sight, is sturdy and easy to carry, and doesn't make you look like a dumpster diver.
That depends on the situation and how frequent you need such a bag. Eg do you visit your brother's house, or do you go to your job, or to a camping site with full camping equipment? A garbage bag might be smaller and lighter to carry, cheaper, and easier to obtain than a sturdy carry bag.
