If you can't visit a doctor I can understand. But if you can, there's no point asking here.
While I agree that in principle, one shouldn't seek medical advice
solely on the Internet, the point to asking here is that only a fraction of medical professionals are cyclists, and an even smaller fraction ride fixed gear bikes to any extent. And who knows, maybe some of the forum participants might be in that small subset of fixed gear riding medical professionals.
