Bikes: TREK FX3

Disk brakes are no big deal. My understanding they are better suited for wet weather and off road conditions. I don't plan to ride much in either. As well, I'm not mechanically inclined and the old style braking systems one would suspect are easier to "work on". Lastly, you observation of the Norco means it is more of a aerodynamic riding position than the FX3? Thanks for the input.
