I swapped out my Schwalbe Lugano tires and heavy tubes for the One's and Specialized Turbo lite tubes, what a difference. The bike felt a little faster, but that was probably because it was a softer ride. It seemed like the tires conformed to the road instead of bouncing over every bump.
I replaced Luganos with Conti GPs last year and experienced a big improvement in ride quality and traction.
I think the Luganos just suck.
