Just took care of this today! I took the advice of RJ and made a homemade tool out of a conduit pipe, it worked like a charm! Do you know if that was natural corrosion that caused those to stay in, or simply friction, or do I need to use some sort of adhesive when I reattach them? Thanks to you, my frame is now (actually) completely ready haha.
