Bikes: inferior steel....alas....noodly aluminium assploded

i would recommend changing all three rings.
common ring sizes for touring would be 22/32/44.
lower the fd, shorten the chain.

your knees will thank you.

? 22/36 jump on the front may not work with your fd ?
