Another "hard" group ride today. Not 100% from illness still, but I finally was able to get a good night's sleep last night. Seriously helped me to feel better. Group ride was fun, set a new 10s lifetime power max. Also lead out the sprint for one of the segments we always go for.
CTL and ATL are back on the rise again after a week of kinda floundering CTL at 102, ATL at 97. TSB is still positive, but on it's way back down. Weeknight crit tomorrow should be fun.
