Group ride tonight. Could have been a lot harder, but the heavy hitters didnt show up...which is nice sometimes. Still ended up with a 23.5mph average for the hour.

So far, riding with shingles is more or less fine. If im riding somewhat hard I don't notice anything, racing I definitely dont notice the pain, but as soon as I start to cool down it starts to hurt a little bit. Going to keep riding as long as im not in a ton of pain. My doctor said I was fine to keep riding, basically as the pain and discomfort allows...although I don't think this doctor knows the kind of riding I do.
