I see rack adapter kits on thetouringstore.com that uses the QR, but what about one for thru axle?

Got a carbon frame that would like mount a rack. I'm assuming if I can mount a rack to the thru axle it could hold a good amount of load?

Quick google show up robertaxleproject & oldmanmountain with kits for thru-axle. Not sure what I would need. Anyone done it? Anything better or cheaper?
