Ok questions on feed zone
Been doing a few cat 5 races with USA cycling.

I didn't know how the feedzone works.

Is feed zone only location you can receive water and food from?

The races I did . Can you take water and food from anyone?

Or can anyone hand you stuff?

Would it.be ok to hand out water to a friend who is going by?
