I do think the sticker on the top tube might be a hint as to the bike's branding and not just a sticker someone slapped on. Col d'Aspin in a mountain pass in the Pyrenees that's been part of the Tour de France many, many times. Super Course is a model name or description that's been used by a number of makers.

.I also think that this is not a Peugeot. One guy in Holland from a local store told me maybe it's Gitane. I check out some pictures on the internet and saw that Peugeot frames have a different frame number locations.
