Tour de TKP continued with a small weeknight crit. Got OTF with ~20min to go and was doing the YOLO solo thing and it looked like I would pull it off. A buddy bridged up with 2 laps to go, and he needed upgrade points (too few in the field for me to snag any) so I let him take the win and I rolled in behind him for second. We had enough time to mostly soft pedal the last 500m! I went horse from shouting encouragement at the dude haha.
