yeah, they get scrunched & scratched for sure, but they're all used bikes. nothing precious (or expensive)
I had an Allen bike rack (traditional hanging) and it worked well until we upgraded from 26" mountain bikes to 29" and 27.5." The odd frames of 29ers and 27.5ers make it almost impossible to use a traditional bike rack without scratching the bikes and/or vehicle, even with adapters.
