Thanks guys. It sounds like I would be better off with a new bike instead. I know that I said a new bike is not an option... that might change by spring. The roads here in Michigan are pretty bad right now anyway. I'll probably end up getting bar-ends for this one and just keep it around for whatever, even if I do get a new bike.
