Thanks very much for posting -- great info, particularly since I do have a Stronglight crankset. I always wondered why the minimum tooth count for a 122mm BCD was the same (38T) as for a 130mm BCD. We should be able to go one tooth smaller for every 12.7mm/3.14 (i.e., ~4mm) reduction in BCD. I assume from the 37T offering that 36T would not quite clear the chainring bolts.
