What cars are they buying? Tell them they should be buying two new Kia Rios, bottom of theline, with no accessories. No radio, power anything, or ABS brakes. Oh, and no airbags other than what is required by law. Get the cheapest tires, cheapest rims, and no power steering or A/C either. I think they can be had for about $9500.
After that, explain to them the differance, and why your choice is better. More reliable components, better quality controls in the manufacturing process, better wheels, etc.
