Actionbent bought performers and TW Bents and slapped their stickers on them. Actionbent was just a retailer (long out of business) who ordered trikes from these two companies without decals so they could apply theirs.
The general consensus seems to be that Performer bikes/trikes are a notch or two above the TW Bents ones in terms of design and overall quality. Never seen anything from TW Bents in real life but the Performer Agenda/ActionBent Midracer that I had for a couple years was a very well-made bike. Kinda wish I still had it.
