Since I don't use any of those to tour (or otherwise), I won't comment on your choices, except to say that you seem to be asking for the sun, moon and stars all on a low budget.

If it doesn't insult you, I suggest you consider thinking about what you really want on tour, and go without what you don't, saving both front end cost, and battery life.
