Would you share the S/N? Should be stamped on the bottom of the BB shell, letters and numbers.

I have that same Huret front derailleur on my 610. I found it works better if the bottom of the outer cage plate is a lot closer to the arc of the large chainring, like about only 2 or 3 mm above.
