They always say that, even if they did see you. It's more likely that she did see you chose to not yield anyway, hoping she'd get away with it. This has happened to me a few times, a couple of times the driver pulled right into a driveway/parking lot after cutting me off or passing very, very closely. I follow them in to let them know what they did was illegal and the story is always
