Yesterday, I was at the local car show "Concours d' Elegance". The owners sat on their lawn chairs as visitors walked by. Motorcycles too.
One similarity among the owners: they're mostly old guys, collectors who really love their cars, motorcycles. In maybe 15 years, their kids or a museum will end up with their collection. That means there will be more supply than demand as the millennials don't really want their grandparent's cars.

When I bought my Ridley in 2015 I explained it this way to a Vette fan. My old Team Fuji was like a 69 L88 Vette...Built to race. My Ridley was like A new Vette Z06..Better in every way, but I like the looks of the old one better.
