These are made for commuters. Did you even read any of the information on the bikes? They are exactly what the OP wants--something light and quick for riding to work and be a good fitness bike on the weekend. Any one of those bikes would be perfect for it.
Kind of amusing that OP asks about a dual-purpose bike and you tell him to buy two bikes.
