Anybody have replacement Cannondale downtube shifter bosses? The thread-thru ones are fine, or rivet-on. I pulled a bonehead move and broke the left boss on an 85 SR300 frame and need a replacement.

These bosses are from a 96 Cannondale R500 and radiused for 44mm downtube.
There is lots of little stuff I need such as dust caps for a stronglight crankset.
