I'm wearing pants today that were righteously snug the last time I wore them, which is probably about 6 weeks ago if memory serves, and today they feel quite comfortable.
The only lifestyle change between now and then has been the 4-5 miles most weekdays I ride my MTB.
So it's gotta be doing the trick, right?
It's slower progress than I might wish for, but being unwilling to change what I eat and drink much (though I am willing to bump up my daily workout routine some more) I don't really have higher expectations. That said, I would like achieve my (loosely defined) goals by next spring, so I can buy myself a pretty new outfit for Easter.
