Phil covfefe! Rear tandem wheel - Phil hub threaded for a drum brake on one side and cassette on the other laced to a Campagnolo Ypsilon 700c wheel. The wheel is straight, true and has no brake pad marks. The hub looks and spins great. 700x23c Continental Super Sport Ultra tire is good condition is currently mounted.

24" rear, 20" front recumbent wheelset with Phil Wood hubs. Rear is nutted and has 110 axle spacing. Front is skewered with 100 spacing. DT spokes, 24" Sun Mistral rear, 20" Araya front. Araya front has one scrape on the rim. There are many spoke threads showing on the Araya which can be seen in the pics. I don't know if this is acceptable/normal or not. The wheel appears to be well built. The rims look like they were never used with caliper brakes.

Matching IRC Road Lite EX tires with minimal use, rear looks like it may be usable, front has some sidewall fraying and should be replaced.
