Local shop wasn't interested. Distant shop agreed to exchange but made it sound like a long process where my bike would sit there for months. Would not allow me to simply present the bottom bracket/crank assembly by itself. Lost interest in the 730 and 830, now collecting dust. Having too much fun on butted chrome road bikes that fit.
