One issue with such "bragging" apps is you don't know wind direction, or the condition before that part of track. Maybe the fastest rider on that 1 km just started and had tail-wind. another rider already did 100 km and had head wind.
You can be almost certain that they had a tailwind, as well as rode in a pack. You can tell when the top 10 riders all got their PRs on a date that's shared with several others. Heck, some of them will even motorpace to get the KOM. KOMs are supposed to be individual efforts.
