To say I am not a morning person is to vastly understate the matter, so one of the main problems for me is getting up in enough time to make this a viable regular option, however now that I am showered and changed and sitting at my desk about to go get a cup of coffee, I can say it was most definitely worth it, and I think I might be hooked.
