It's about 85º or 90º here today. I wore full cycling kit and sweated as hard as I wanted to. I started out slowly and built up the effort,
because I enjoyed it so much. My boss and the new junior engineer were working in boss's office, and I go through there to the wiring closet where I change clothes. As I emerged from the wiring closet, I said, "In as Superman, out as Clark Kent."
I'm drinking my ice water which I have on hot summer mornings. I now have a nice routine of hanging all my soaked clothes on a tall stool in front of a box fan. It doesn't seem to push a body odor through the office, and when I put the clothes back on, they won't be gross and clammy. These nylon-or-whatever jerseys do get stinky, though. I might be better off wearing wool as I did yesterday. Why suffer through that stink and risk causing others to suffer it?
