If 165 is my LTHR here are my zones from 3 different methodologies.







What's stumping me is that two indoor threshold tests revealed consistency in LTHR. 2 is small sample size, but I think it's enough to find a pattern.

Either my HR monitor is inaccurate or there is a huge discrepancy in how my body reacts when riding indoors on a trainer vs outdoors on pavement.
