Despite what my LTHR is, what I find concerning (maybe I shouldn't care) is that even at a 15 mph/breath-through-nose pace my heart rate is still in the 130-145 range which is essentially making it impossible for me to ride in zone 1. I have to be very very careful in order to maintain a z2 heart rate.
Here are my updated zones.
Z1 Endurance < 120
Z2 Moderate 120 - 146
Z3 Tempo 146 - 165
Z4 Threshold 165 - 184
Z5 Anaerobic > 184
