1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
Currently, a Mongoose Selous.
2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
No
3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
Yes, slowed down, but can't quantify.
4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
I'd say reborn. Got back to cycling 4-5 years ago after I quit smoking. It was to be something of an anchor for me (it's worked).
5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides.
I tend to prefer longer rides, 15 or so miles and up. My longest so far is 42 miles.
6. How often do you bike?
3-5 times per week. My goal this year is 3,000 mi.
