That is a legitimate question. The calipers are pretty tall, but the IS caliper mount on the chainstay is canted forward, so it looks like the HY/RD should clear just fine. Mine clear by a decent amount on my 59cm Ritchey, which is post mount, so the caliper sits more upright.
I can't guarantee it would fit, but looking at the pics on the VO site, it looks like there's room.
