You can also go cheap and stick some ball bearings in the detent in the bolts. Bury them in candlewax or super glue them in (only if you never intend to move the seat or post). Can't imagine a thief sticking around long enough to pick all the wax out of the bolt so he can get the bearing out. deadspin-quote-carrot-aligned-w-bgr-2

I have a Brooks saddle and use the fortified system because I can get the money to replace the saddle under their warranty. I can't stop every possible crook but at least I won't be out all that money. Had it for about 8 months now in the Bay Area and so far so good.
